Grievance Redressal

The UP government is prompt in resolving any complaints regarding startups, usually within 15 working days.

Startups have two options for submitting their grievances: online for general grievances and grievances related to public procurement, or offline through the government-established Grievance committee. Startups  may also contact the Additional Chief Secretary, MSME, Government of UP, at his grievance cell, which is open every Monday afternoon.

StartinUP is pleased to handle the following categories of grievances:

  • Invite the legal challenges that startups encounter.
  • Any other concerns or questions
The concerned StartinUP official will be notified of the grievance. The matter is forwarded to StartinUP’s Executive Chairman, who is the higher authority, if the response is inadequate or there is no response within 15 days.
