Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation (UPLC) under the Department of IT & Electronics, GoUP has been nominated to ensure the effective implementation of the Startup Policy 2020. The Nodal Agency is responsible for creating a conducive policy environment for sustained growth of startup ecosystem in the state. It will act as Single Window for engagement with all ecosystem stakeholders. A dedicated PMU has been set up to work under the Nodal Agency to manage the Single Window operations on day-to-day basis.
