The Incubator Manager Training (IMT) – Uttar Pradesh Edition was successfully conducted on 18–19 July 2025 at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, organized by UConn Global in collaboration with Nexus Startup Hub @ The American Center, New Delhi, in partnership with StartinUP, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The two-day intensive program brought together over 50 incubation professionals from across the state, focusing on incubation strategy, governance, and ecosystem development. The sessions were led by Prof. Glenn Robinson, Academic Director, University of Connecticut, and featured interactive modules, case discussions, and peer learning opportunities.

The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Anurag Yadav, IAS, Principal Secretary, IT & Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Shri Ravi Ranjan, IAS, Managing Director, U.P. Electronics Corporation Ltd.; and Dr. Anuj Kr Sharma, Associate Dean, AKTU.

Participants shared highly positive feedback, praising the program’s global incubation frameworks, practical insights, and interactive format.

The initiative reflects StartinUP’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the incubation ecosystem across Uttar Pradesh by enhancing the capacity and capabilities of incubator managers.
