The Government of Uttar Pradesh invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from eligible Institutes / Incubation Centres willing to be recognized as incubators under the UP
Startup Policy. Interested institutions are required to fulfill the following eligibility
parameters :

Physical Infrastructure Requirements

• Floor Area
  • Minimum 10,000 sq. ft. for Educational Institutions
  • Minimum 5,000 sq. ft. for Incubators operating in commercial spaces
• Dedicated Incubation Team
  • One full-time Incubation Manager to oversee daily operations
  • At least two additional support staff for incubation activities
• Co-working Space
  • Provision of co-working space with a minimum of 100 sq. ft. per seat
• Meeting Rooms
  • Availability of dedicated meeting rooms for startup-client and stakeholder interactions
• Conference Room
  • A conference room to conduct mentoring sessions, workshops, and small events
• Cafeteria / Refreshment Zone
  • A designated refreshment zone for startups and visitors within the incubation center

Digital Infrastructure Requirements

In addition to physical infrastructure, recognized incubators shall be required to establish robust digital infrastructure to support incubation services and enable virtual engagement with startups and other stakeholders.

• Incubators must provide digital inputs against assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Wherever feasible, API-based integration with the Start-In-UP Portal shall be mandatory.
• Compliance with reporting and monitoring requirements as assigned by the Startup Nodal Agency / Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Submission of EoI

Eligible institutions meeting the above criteria are invited to submit their Expression of Interest in the from detailed proposal which include details of the availability of above mentioned criteria, along with supporting documents, within the stipulated timeline as notified by the competent authority.
