Staypocket Private Limited (NAPTAPGO) is a POD Hotel Chain that aims to fix the issue of unhygienic, non-standard stay options in budget-friendly category by forming a very high-class stay experience hotel chain which offers hygiene, cleanliness and customer experience at a low price that appeals to the masses. NAPTAPGO also provides value to the guests by providing hourly stays and flexible checkins thus challenging the traditional model of hotels which are rigid and unfriendly for customers. By using this model we fill the gap in quality hotels in our focused verticals which are transit, business cities, medical and religious cities. Hotels have 2 major challenges which are high operational cost and high capital cost. We have taken these challenges head on and tried to solve it. We have solved the capex challenge by choosing capsule hotel model. By this model, we make 24 pods and pod rooms in just a 3000 sqft area. We make this property in just INR 1Cr of capital instead of the approximately INR 25Cr capital required to build a traditional hotel. Secondly, we solve the high operational cost problem by use of technology. For eg, we have built an AI-enabled hygienic audit technology which removes the need for a supervisor and yet decides with accuracy if the washrooms are cleaned as per our standard.
