Greenwear is an enterprise that specialises in environment friendly high quality textiles aimed at creating market access for yarns produced by rural women using Solar Charkha (compact spinning machine powered by solar set). Greenwear evolved from the pilot project of Mission Solar Charkha (Launched by Ministry of MSME on 26th June 2018) implemented by Bhartiya Harit Khadi Gramodaya Sansthan (A society certified by Khadi and Village Industries Commission established in June 2018).
