Most interviewers don't give feedback after taking interviews due to company's policy. Even if they give feedback, it's too minimal to decode. On the other hand, candidates giving back to back interviews had been asking for interview feedback/ performance. In absence of feedback, they develop lots of self-doubt. We have created a platform that connects interviewers with candidates through mock interviews, giving them detailed feedback and next steps to improve upon. Interviewers make money, and candidates crack interviews working on feedback/ next steps - we just take a 10-25% commission.
