On the other hand, candidates giving back to back interviews had been asking for interview feedback/ performance. In absence of feedback, they develop lots of self-doubt. We have created a platform that connects interviewers with candidates through mock interviews, giving them detailed feedback and next steps to improve upon. Interviewers make money, and candidates crack interviews working on feedback/ next steps - we just take a 10-25% commission.
