We are a power tool company focusing mainly on cordless power tools. Our first product is an Impact wrench. An impact wrench is a tool that can loosen or fasten any nut or bolt with the press of a button. Our modern world is built with nuts and bolts and during servicing/ rebuilding/ maintenance purposes, we regularly need to loosen and fasten these nuts and bolts. This is still done manually with hand tools which is a very inefficient and labour intensive task.
An average bike service takes around 1 hour out of which around 30 minutes are just spent to loosen or fasten nuts-bolts. With the use of our tool, this time can be reduced to just 5 minutes without much effort or fatigue of the technician.
Our monetization strategy is very straight forward. Since we are a hardware company, we don't need any kind of scale to get monetization; we will be getting our share of profits from the sale of our first tool. As for our business model, we are thinking initially of a doing B2B targeting businesses where there is any use of the nut/ bolt/ screws during manufacturing or during service time. Our initial targets will be the authorized service centers of automobile companies like Tata, Mahindra, Hero etc. where they can use our tools in their daily repair and service of the vehicles.
