Low cost Electric vehicle for Rural India with Quick recharge and range extension capability. Ecectric vehicles available today have a lot of drawbacks when compared to ICE vehicles in terms of ease of use. this has affected the faster adoption of EV by the masses. This was the main aim of a lot of schemes. these drawbacks mainly, charging time, battery replacement around mid life, and fixed, limited range have been the primary factor that has resulted in lower EV adoption rates. These factors are common across all manufacturers. additionally the high cost associated with EV is the most prominent deterrent for the regular buyer. We have worked on the most prominent drawbacks such as quick charge (5 minute recharge), 10 year battery life, Patented On Demand range extension systems. while considering that any innovation made towards achieving a more practical EV should not increase the cost. yet we were able to reduce the cost of ownership by introducing a unique business model. The Business model is a 2 part solution. 1. Pilot manufacturing unit. 2. Quick recharge network. The pilot project will cover the Delhi NCR region and showcase the viability of the our first low cost technology demonstrator public model.
