Concept/product/service: We are an international art auction house that deals in the exportation of handmade paintings from the modern (1860-1945) and contemporary (1946-present) periods, particularly folk and tribal paintings from India, through auctions, direct sale facilitation and related services.
The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:
(1) To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, auctioning and exporting handmade paintings and other works of art from India after purchasing the same directly from artists, auction houses or online/offline marketplaces.
(2) To carry on the business of Export/Auction House and to perform all the functions and undertake all activities connected therewith including obtaining and dealing in handmade paintings and other works of art.
To achieve the objectives mentioned above we will use Artificial Intelligence and machine learning technology to support artists in selling their work and assisting collectors with finding pieces they would like to purchase. The use of Artificial Intelligence technology in the global art auction market is expected to increase revenue streams, help make decisions, and enhance user experience. We will also use blockchain to improve trust and transparency in the global market by offering new owners a trusted place to carry out due diligence and explore provenance, thereby reducing transaction costs by eliminating intermediaries and making more informed purchasing decisions.
