HEI-Mate, our proposed Cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) enable Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to seamlessly adapt National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 with National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) of Government of India with minimal upfront cost via Digital transformation bringing Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) and respective stakeholders on one platform. Our offering caters to the Indian HEIs ecosystem, and we plan to roll out the offering in 3 phases
Phase-1: It is dedicated to the adoption of the NEP-2020 and primarily focuses on smart academic program and curriculum design, delivery and assessment along with tracking and record of student life cycle as per the choices of the student.
Phase-2: The main focus of this version will be to help in improving NAAC grading and NIRF ranking. It will have added features such as Research, Governance, Facilities, Events, Services, Infra, HR, finance etc. which will be incorporated and explored in the system to perform statistical analysis and report generation. It will facilitate the preparation of, Self-Study Report, Quality Assurance Report required by NAAC as well as report for NIRF and as desired statistical data for Annual Report of HEIs.
Phase -3: Aimed to accomplish the integration of commercially available software used by HEIs to provide the holistic Administration and Management of HEI.
