We are a Lucknow-based design house working to preserve and protect the disappearing Non-Handloom Handicrafts of India, especially Uttar Pradesh. We are currently working in 54 clusters across 18 states. We cross subsidize rarer artforms like Shazar, Bone carving, micro inlay work, Usta etc with faster moving ones like Ceramic and glass. The latter are handicraft with mature markets and optimized manufacturing process that make them affordable after a decent profit margin. The rarer artforms are subsidized with this surplus revenue and their profit margins are reduced drastically so that they too, can find a market. We specialize in demonstrating production processes, developing designs that open up new markets for artisans, and providing exceptional packaging to make the products accessible to HNIs. All artisans are paid in advance for both sample and consignment. We encourage nationally awarded masters to pass on specific techniques to proteges by providing them with good volume orders for high skill level products. We have a brick and mortar store in Hazratganj, as well as an online website as our sales channels. For Bulk orders, we receive corporate orders and occasionally get the opportunity to work with Indian embassies under the One District One Product Programme India. We have been interviewed by Invest India and provided affiliation with the same.
