inWaste Technologies Pvt Ltd started operations in October 2022, focusing on waste management solutions. Our journey began with managing cow dung in a municipal-run gaushala housing over 1,500 cows, where we handled 8–10 tons of dung daily. We transformed this organic waste into valuable products like compost, vermicompost, cow dung cakes, and devotional items such as diyas, murtis, and sambrani cups, contributing to environmental sustainability and resource recovery.
In January 2024, we expanded our efforts to include daily cow dung collection from dairy owners within urban areas, addressing a critical waste disposal challenge. This initiative helped resolve issues like clogged sewers caused by improper dung disposal, and we now collect an additional 4–5 tons of dung daily.
In June 2024, we initiated a solid waste management project with a housing society, processing 100–120 kgs of solid waste daily. By implementing segregation and recycling, we achieved a 90–95% recycling rate, significantly reducing landfill contributions.
By September 2024, we scaled our operations to manage plastic waste from over 15 housing societies, collecting around 1,000 kgs of plastic waste monthly. This plastic is recycled into reusable materials, showcasing our commitment to addressing urban waste challenges comprehensively.
Through our work, we aim to create cleaner cities, minimize landfill waste, reduce carbon emissions, and promote sustainable living practices.
