We plan to build an innovative and scalable business model, developing AI driven recruitment product. This will help business scale up their operation and increase their revenue. This will also help in creating employment at multiple levels. Once our AI driven Recruitment too goes live, we plan to gradually plug in different programmes for training and skill enhancement for candidates and companies.
We will also be supporting companies on bringing closure and onboarding candidates in IT and non-IT requirements.
We will have multiple models for revenue generation.
1) Mountrootz will be empaneled partner to companies. We will provide consulting and manpower to companies in multiple domains like Contractual hiring, Permanent hiring, RPO and MSP. Revenue will be generated through the services provided from the multiple domains mentioned above.
2) Revenue will be generated through our AI driven Recruitment tool. We will charge a monthly fee from the company for using our platform. Companies cand advertise their job requirements, our generative chatbots will assist them in retrieving screened candidate profiles.
3) Once our recruitment tool goes live, we plan to gradually plug in different programmes for training and skill enhancement for candidates and companies. It will be pay as you use model.
