We collect Pooja Nirmalaya like Idols and pooja vastra and then clean,segregate them.These are then Upcycled into beautiful handmade products by our women artisans.This way these Pooja waste does not lands into landfills or water bodies and is used back after upcycling thus reducing air,water,soil pollution.This social initiative generates employment ,reduces pollution and maintains our social belief and values.We do. not work on flowers as they are bio degradable and can be managed easily.However all Pooja materials have plastic in them ,in some form or other ,thus remain in soil or water for hundreds of years.Upcycling them reduces demand of new handicraft products and help to conserve our nature.We sell our handmade products through our website,exhibitions and through various social media handles.Our startup is still bootstrapped and have not taken funding from any organisation till date.We need to spread awareness amongst the society and adopt Upcycled products in their day to day life ,thus reducing the trend of fast fashion.Ours is a small team of individuals who are together for this noble initiative and are want to do something good for the society.This activity will lead us towards a sustainable future.
