it a process of IT and Non IT profile In this We are Hiring candidates on behalf of companies with we signed a Master Agreement in US and INDIA Both after this they provide us the requirements on daily basis and we provide the candidates after first round of interview in which we cross check the candidates documents and some information about their past experience and knowledge and when candidates selected by the client or company for that client or companies pay us Minimum 10 dollar per hour incentives till that candidate work over there and another condition we get the pay in a single transaction is 5K Dollar Minimum for all this process we need some applications like Monster and Dice on which we flash our requirements and candidates upload there resume and we select the eligible candidates as per the JD and start the process by collect their documents and for all this process we need a Calling App to connect with the candidates and client too in this process we get some extra benefits than Domestic staffing like if we hired a candidate on behalf of company in india we got a single time payment as per the agreement but in US staffing if we hired a candidate for client or Company we got the payment every month till candidate work over there for example if candidate work for company for 24 month in that case we received 10 dollar per hour pay it means if candidate have to work 160 hour in a month in that case we received 1600 dollars ever month or in 24 month we received 38400 dollars by a single candidate
