Non stick biodegradable coating based on Shellac is developed which provides highly adherent non stick smooth finish with very easy method of application and reapplication. We will manufacture Non stick Coating solution by using Natural resin shellac which is food grade and also biodegradable in nature Non stick coatings used now a days are Teflon based which are non repairable and it is also non biodegradable. This developed non stick coating is a replacement of Teflon based coating which releases Perfluoro octanoic acid (PFOA) at high temperature is carcinogenic in nature. Our product is PFOA free and also uses food grade chemicals which are bio compatible in nature The product is unique in terms of biodegradable and repairable solution for Non stick coating industry. Non stick coating market is estimated to be Rs10000 crores in 2024 and expected to reach Rs17000 crores in 2029. We will generate money by following ways 1. We will manufacture and sell non stick coated cookware and iron sole plates in an open market or other companies manufacturing non stick coated items. 2. We will manufacture and sell Coating liquid in containers for repairement of removed coating to the coating repair shops. 3 We will manufacture and sell the coating as electrical insulating varnish to wire and cable insulation companies
