Almost 20,000 Students migrate to Lucknow, UP every year for both College, and Coaching courses, and most of them rely upon Brokers to visit Hostels. I was one of them, after facing the problem first-hand, I started working on this problem. I did market research by interviewing over 120 Students coming to Lucknow at various Budgets, and various backgrounds. They all had different requirements, and after a thorough interview, I analyzed their problems from the ground-up. Few of them needed a budget hostel at INR 4,000/month, while some needed a premium hostel at INR 15,000/month, and how they all had no concrete solution.
