Aatm Nirbhar is a social venture creating gender diversity in sustainable micro-mobility practices. We train women to ride motorised scooters through female trainers with the goal of creating agency and increasing female labour force participation in the growing last mile logistics sector. So far we have trained around 10,000 women in 13 cities of UP, Rajasthan, Delhi-NCR and created employment for 250+ women. Our goal is to scale up pan India and in other countries of south asia and middle east by building a by-women, for-women digital marketplace for learners, trainers and employers in the mobility sector.
