We are developing automation machines for SMD component assembly over PCB clad board. This require our under development CNC machines like picking and placing machine, that mounts small surface mounted components into its position precisely in a fast rate. Also we developing Reflow oven so that temperature profile for creating perfections in the soldering of the SMD components is achieved. Our another under-development CNC machine called Automatic optical inspection machine needed for correctly identifying the nature and location of soldering error if it occurs in the soldering process so that it can be corrected. We are also developing Automatic Solder Paste Printer. These four machines are required in Surface Mount Technology assembly line and we are developing them following all best industrial standards.
