Project Management Task Force constituted by NITI Aayog & US based project management institute PMI have predicted that the next decade the requirement for qualified project managers is expected to be to the tune of 2 Million jobs globally. While the project management framework is only limited to 2 sectors out of which IT project managment is only with respect to implementation of projects while infrastructure sector limits Project Management to only planning stage, A holistic approach to project planning, to work breakdown structure, to implementation to monitoring & Evaluation to a formal close out which entails the entire aspect of the project Output-Outcome based framework will be practiced by PMIC. We are also working on creating an IT tool to take care all the innovative processes comprising of a Project Charter to be drafted for each project, PMIC is confident of generating wealth and employment for the aspiring project professionals in India.
