We are backed up by a team of highly experienced experts in their respective fields which include experts in business and economy matters, learned professors and people associated with various business organisations . The biggest problem India is facing is of unemployment and the unemployment curve just widens each single day ,the number of unemployed youth is alarmingly increasing .The market doesn’t have enough jobs as compared to the number of people it is expected to employ. Newly +2 school passouts and graduates have just theoretical knowledge and no work experience and info .Because of this they get fit just to fill forms for the traditional jobs which have limited seats . There is absolutely no thought of starting their own business, being an entrepreneur or starting new models of trade in their minds. Seeing this scenario and the rising problem of unemployment in India and to inculcate entrepreneurship skills in the youth ,we aim to provide a holistic solution to it. Secondly ,Upskilling and reskilling of the Indian workforce is an unparalleled opportunity as it will play a massive role in catalysing the young workforce of India and helping them gain the relevant skills to bag the high skilled and high paying roles. Learning new skills and maintaining a good portfolio is another key to have a successful career in which ever field we desire. Along with this it is important to have market exposure, to understand the work culture of its units. It is made mandatory by the educational institutes to do internships, while pursuing bachelors and master degree. Our solution fulfils this requirement along with also instilling entrepreneurship skills. For this we are providing training and internship programs for young 10+2, and graduates which will allow them to gain market relevant skills. We will also design web-based courses that provide people knowledge and information about the fourth industrial revolution. We are a one stop shop for giving a wonderful opportunity to students from all over Uttar Pradesh with any academic background in our first phase. We will make their dream of becoming an entrepreneur come true and will find them the best training experience they could have. We have an innovative idea that every shop is a training center for an entrepreneur .So we propose to get every +2 passout and graduate trained in local shops around them ,where they acquire both practical and fundamental skills.We will also provide them online training on all business laws and related subjects. Our goal is that each pass out has not just a degree but also practical work experience .Till now the trend was of internships in industries ,but industries have limited seats and they produce only job seekers and not job creators. We will make them entrepreneurs through our training that we will provide. Seeing the vast number of traders , it is possible to train everyone too ,unlike industries which are very less in number. Our new idea is also that, we will provide our enrolees with all the financial ,legal or any assistance they might need for them to start their own business once they complete the full course. We will act as the torchbearers to their whole path ,from training them to establishing and running their own business . We have done a survey in Uttar Pradesh, and according to it, UP has approx 3.2 lakh dealers registered in GST whose annual turnover is greater than 50 lakh Rupees . The shops of these dealers will be the practical training centers .18.54 lakh students passed +2 exams from UP Board in 2020 in UP. These students will be our primary potential customers. We aim to place these students at those traders' shops. We will provide online training from our portal. All this process will be online at our portal namasterojgar.com. The training period will be 2 to 6 months. We will charge a monthly sustainable fee from these students in return of the services we provide. Since our input is low cost therefore the monthly sustainable fee we charge will easily make up for a successful scalable model. Our estimate for 2020-21 is to train 50,000 pass outs , atleast 25,000 of them will become entrepreneurs and the remaining will get jobs in that field. We hope that these 25000 entrepreneurs we create, will give create and invent many more livelihoods and will in turn provide jobs and get many houses running . So this model is a revolutionary step toward creating employment generation like never before.
